Can I return or exchange my item?
Of course! Items in original condition (unworn with tags on) are eligible for return and exchange. Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery. All orders are stored and shipped from our warehouse in Chattanooga, TN
When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 2 business days, and usually within 1 business day!
We offer free local delivery for all orders over $20 in the Chattanooga, TN area. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select local delivery instead of shipping if you are within our delivery radius. All local deliveries will be completed within 2 business days. Items will be delivered to a front door or mailbox if you are not home to accept your delivery.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Applicable sales tax will be added automatically to your order if appropriate based on your shipping location. If you do not see sales tax added to your order amount at checkout then you will not be charged sales tax.
